Dr Deb is available for community or corporate presentation to promote joy, positivity, and emotional well-being.

In a corporate context, a "Joy Talk" might be a type of presentation, workshop, or speech that  to uplift and motivate employees or community members by emphasizing the importance of joy, happiness, and positive emotions in the workplace. This could tie into discussions about employee well-being, work-life balance, team morale, and fostering a positive organizational culture.

Dr. Deb has been asked to speak at the Society of Human Resources, Rotary Clubs, Universities and School Districts, Mom groups and corporate retreats in the midwest and pacific northwest.  References are available upon request.

  • We Explore Joyful Activities: We help encourage you to explore and engage in activities that bring joy and a sense of accomplishment. This could include hobbies, creative pursuits, physical activities, or spending time with loved ones.

  • We focus on Gratitude Practices: Gratitude is a cornerstone of joy coaching. I guide you to practice gratitude exercises, helping you recognize and appreciate the positive aspects of your lifes.

  • We might involve discussions about building and nurturing positive relationships. I often provide guidance on communication skills, conflict resolution, and strategies for fostering meaningful connections.

  • Working as a joy coach involves a focus on personal growth and development. You will be encouraged to step out of your comfort zone, set new challenges, and embrace change as a means to enhance their overall well-being.

  • I can provide a level of accountability to help you stay on track with your goals. Regular sessions provide opportunities to reflect on progress and make necessary adjustments to the coaching plan.
